Subscription and Refund Terms

Aslor Group LLC · Effective November 9, 2026 · Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms apply when you join the Aslor Circle or The Boardroom. Please read them before you pay. They explain what you buy, how billing and renewal work, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you (or the company you represent) and Aslor Group LLC, a California limited liability company. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply. If you also sign a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work for project work, that agreement governs the project work, and these terms govern the membership.

2. Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.

Founding rate: the first 10 members of the Aslor Circle pay 215 dollars per month for the Individual plan or 1,095 dollars per month for the Company plan for their first 12 months. After the first 12 months the standard price applies, and we give you 30 days written notice before it does. We confirm in your payment link whether a founding seat is still open.

Annual billing, where offered, is ten times the monthly price, billed once per year, which is the same as getting two months free. We will state the price and billing period on your invoice or payment page before you pay.

3. What is included

Your plan includes the member features described on the website for that plan at the time you join. We may improve, change, or replace features over time. We will not remove a material feature of your plan during a paid period without giving you notice and, where the change is significantly worse for you, the option to cancel for a refund of the unused part of the period.

4. How you join and pay

When you submit a request to join, we email you a secure payment link or invoice. Your membership starts when you accept these terms and your payment is received. Card details are entered on our payment processor's secure page. Aslor does not see or store your full card number.

5. Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annual as you chose, and we charge the payment method you provided at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You will see this clearly at checkout, and we will ask for your agreement to automatic renewal there.

For annual plans, we will email you a reminder at least 15 days and no more than 45 days before the renewal date. If we plan to raise your price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the increase takes effect, and you may cancel before it does. We will keep a record of your consent and of our notices.

6. How to cancel

For the Individual, Company and Enterprise plans, you can cancel at any time, without penalty, in either of these ways: use the cancel link in your billing portal or in any receipt or renewal email, or email hello@aslorgroup.com and we will confirm the cancellation in writing. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We will not make you speak to a person to cancel, and we will not ask you to give a reason.

7. Refunds

Cooling-off period: if you ask within 14 days after your first payment, we will refund that payment in full.

After that period, payments are not refundable for the part of a billing period that has already started, except as described in section 3 or where the law requires a refund.

If you cancel an annual plan after the 14 day period, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for and we do not refund the remaining months, unless the law requires it.

For a Boardroom seat, the Boardroom Membership Agreement controls the joining fee, the commitment period, the notice to end the seat and refunds.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Failed payments and suspension

If a payment fails, we will tell you and try again. If we cannot collect payment after reasonable notice, we may suspend access until the account is up to date, or end the membership.

9. Member conduct and confidentiality

The Aslor Circle includes communities, a directory, and shared discussions. Members agree to treat what other members share as confidential, not to use the communities to solicit other members or to recruit their employees, and to follow the rules posted in each community. A member who breaks these rules, breaks these terms, or shares information from the Circle outside the Circle will be removed from the Circle immediately and will not receive a refund, except where the law requires one. If we remove a member for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the paid period.

10. Content and benchmarks

Benchmarks, templates, briefs, and tools are provided for your own internal use and are general information, not professional advice. Our Disclaimer applies. Benchmark data is built from aggregated and anonymized information. We do not disclose your confidential information to other members.

11. Your information

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for having the right to share any personal information about your team that you enter.

12. Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for claims arising from the membership is limited to the amounts you paid us for the membership in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects your price, billing, or cancellation rights, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email before it applies to you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration as set out in the Terms of Use, including the right to opt out.
