AslorOne House. One Promise. We Deliver.

Terms of Use

Aslor Group LLC · Effective November 9, 2026 · Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Aslor website. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Aslor Group LLC, a California limited liability company, which we call Aslor, we or us. You can reach us at hello@aslorgroup.com.

In the United Arab Emirates, our affiliate Aslor House Management Consultancy FZCO provides human resources consultancy and human resources management services only, within the scope of its licence.

2. How these terms fit with other agreements

If you become a client, a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work govern those services. If you become an Aslor Circle member, the Subscription and Refund Terms govern your membership. If one of those agreements conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers.

3. What this site is

The site describes Aslor and its services and offers free tools, calculators, guides, and the Aslor Briefs. It also shows a preview of member features. Some figures, benchmarks, listings, and dashboards in the preview are labeled as samples and are illustrative only. They are not real client data and not a promise of any result.

4. Not professional advice

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, medical, insurance, or investment advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship. Please read our Disclaimer for details.

5. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

We may suspend or block access if we believe these terms are being broken.

6. What you send us

When you complete a form or email us, please give accurate information. You allow us to use what you send to respond to you, provide what you asked for, and run our business, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send sensitive information through the website, such as health details, government identification numbers, or bank or card numbers. If a service needs that kind of information, we will tell you how to share it securely.

7. Our content and your use of it

The site, the Aslor Briefs, the tools, the templates, and the names, logos, and designs are owned by Aslor Group LLC or used with permission. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the public content and to use the free tools for your own internal business or personal purposes.

Member materials, including the full Aslor Briefs, templates in the Vault, and benchmark data, are for the member and its team only and may not be shared, resold, or published without our written permission.

8. Links, partners, and third parties

The site may link to other websites and may describe vetted partners that deliver specialist work under Aslor. Those third parties are independent. We do not control their sites or their terms, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site. A partner is described on this site only after the partner has agreed in writing.

9. No warranties

The site and its content are provided as is and as available. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but laws and rules change, and we do not promise that the site is complete, error free, or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

10. Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aslor and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Aslor harmless from claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before either of us starts a formal dispute, we will both try in good faith for thirty (30) days to resolve it informally. You can start by emailing hello@aslorgroup.com. If it is not resolved, the dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its rules for consumer disputes, before one arbitrator. You pay only the filing fee that JAMS allows consumers to be charged, and Aslor pays the rest of the JAMS and arbitrator fees. The hearing may be held by video or phone, or in the county where you live if you ask. Either of us may use small claims court instead, if the claim qualifies. Each of us may bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a class, collective or representative action. You may still ask a court for public injunctive relief, and that claim will wait until any arbitration of your other claims is finished. If a court finds the waiver of class claims unenforceable for a claim, that claim will go to court and not to arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing hello@aslorgroup.com within thirty (30) days after you first accept these terms, with the words "Opt out of arbitration" and your name. If you opt out, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived where you live.
